Dave’s Alfredo Sauce

1/2 stick butter

4 cloves garlic (pressed)

1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

5 oz shredded Romano cheese

3/4 cup shredded Monterrey jack cheese

A couple leaves of fine chopped Cilantro

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add garlic and fry until bits are slightly golden. Add cream, ΒΌ cup of Monterrey Jack and Romano cheese. Stir while cheese melts and simmer stirring occasionally. Salt to taste. Add just a little of your chopped Cilantro (this is to taste, so you will have to experiment a little).

Ladle the sauce on some noodles and enjoy.

I like to Grill chicken and serve with Fettuccine noodles, however Angel Hair pasta works great too.
