1/2 stick butter
4 cloves garlic (pressed)
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
5 oz shredded Romano cheese
3/4 cup shredded Monterrey jack cheese
A couple leaves of fine chopped Cilantro
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add garlic and fry until bits are slightly golden. Add cream, ¼ cup of Monterrey Jack and Romano cheese. Stir while cheese melts and simmer stirring occasionally. Salt to taste. Add just a little of your chopped Cilantro (this is to taste, so you will have to experiment a little).
Ladle the sauce on some noodles and enjoy.
I like to Grill chicken and serve with Fettuccine noodles, however Angel Hair pasta works great too.
